Access Your Account

You’ll use your Fidelity NetBenefits credentials to log in to the MyRPB For Participants Portal.

Login Instructions

To access your account:

  • Go to www.rpb.org and click ‘Log In’ in the upper right corner of our homepage, then click ‘Log In’ under Participants.

New to Fidelity?

  • Click “Register Now” at the bottom of the log in box
  • Enter the information to verify your identity, then set up your username and password, and secondary verification information.

Already have an account with Fidelity?

  • If you have a brokerage account, IRA, or another workplace account with Fidelity, use your existing credentials to access your RPB account.

Forgot your password?

Click “Forgot login” and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you forgot your username, contact Fidelity for help at 800.343.0860, Monday through Friday (except on New York Stock Exchange holidays), 8:30 a.m. to midnight, Eastern time.

Get to Know Fidelity

Fidelity has separate websites for retail accounts and workplace savings plans. NetBenefits is the workplace savings plan website where you’ll access your RPB account. If you have more than one account with Fidelity, you can switch between both websites.Balances for all of your accounts will appear on both websites.

To switch to the retail site from NetBenefits, click ‘Menu’ , then select ‘Investment Accounts.’ To switch to NetBenefits from your retail account page, click the link in the upper right corner to go to your RPB workplace savings account:

Account Security

Fidelity has strong authentication measures to protect your account from unauthorized access. Whether or not you plan to use Fidelity’s call center, it’s a good idea to set up your “MyVoice” audio identifier, which serves as a “fingerprint” for your voice.

To establish your voice print, call the Fidelity Retirement Service Center at 800-343-0860, 8:30 a.m. to midnight, Eastern time, Monday through Friday (except N.Y. Stock Exchange holidays).

Your NetBenefits username and password are the same credentials you’ll use to access your account through the Retirement Service Center phone line. You’ll need to change any letters in your credentials for numbers. For example: ABC equates to 2, DEF equates to 3, and GHI equates to 4 on a touch-tone phone.

General Navigation

The My RPB For Participants homepage has a dashboard with shortcuts to frequently used NetBenefits functions, your beneficiary information, your insurance coverage and other helpful resources. Clicking on the relevant tile on the homepage will bring you to the right page.

A green tile takes you to a page in NetBenefits and a blue tile takes you to a page in the portal.
