NetBenefits homepage

When you access NetBenefits from MyRPB for Participants, you’ll see several different options.

1 Your Account Balance - This bar contains your account balance, display preferences, quick links to account details and transactions

2 Quick Links to planning tools and preferences

3 Retirement Goals and Milestones - This module visualizes retirement savings modules based on personalized information. You can also model changes to your retirement savings by adjusting the compensation and total contribution rate.

4 Projected Retirement Income - This module estimates your hypothetical retirement income and gap in income-to-living-expenses based on your current compensation and contribution rate.

5 Personalized Financial Priorities - This includes a Financial Wellness Checkup

Your Account Balance

The portal has summary account information and links to NetBenefits to get more detailed account information. You’ll use NetBenefits to see your retirement account details.

Navigation from the Portal Homepage:

Your 403(b) and Rabbi Trust (if applicable) account balance(s) can be seen on the top right of the MyRPB For Participants homepage. You can click the boxes, or the “View Your 403(b)/Rabbi Trust Balances” tile to see your rate of return, investments, and year-to-date performance in NetBenefits.

If you’re already in NetBenefits, click the “Summary” tab, then the “Balances” link below it.)

You can use the tabs at the top of the page to view your transaction history and account statements. This screen displays your contribution sources, rate of return, and the breakdown of your investment’s asset classes, holdings, and contribution sources. Your account activity summary from the beginning of the calendar year is also shown.

For participants who enrolled in the RPB plan prior to April 1, 2020, historical account information in NetBenefits, including your rate of return, is as of April 1, 2020, when your assets were transferred from our prior recordkeeping services provider to Fidelity.
